About
About me
I am driven by helping others succeed, approaching coaching and consulting with a holistic, observant mindset that looks beyond surface-level issues to understand how people, systems, and decisions interact, grounded in ongoing study of management, philosophy, strategy, and communication, and delivered through a direct, straightforward style focused on clarity, honest feedback, and decisive action.
I help businesses identify constraints, align strategy, and execute practical solutions that drive growth.
My professional foundation began with my first round of college, where I earned a Certificate of Applied Science in Industrial Machine Technology. After graduating, I joined a startup manufacturing company, Smartlam (now Smartlam North America), where I spent nearly 5 years firsthand experiencing the challenges of company growth and what it truly takes to build a business from the ground up. Working my way into management, I gained early exposure to leadership, operations, and the realities of scaling an organization. It was there that I caught what I now call “the business bug” and knew I would eventually build something of my own.
In 2019, my wife and I made a curveball and decided to step away from conventional paths. We purchased a truck and fifth-wheel camper, left our jobs, and traveled the country while she took travel nursing contracts. During that time, I immersed myself in as many large and small-scale manufacturing operations as possible. Each experience added a perspective on different leadership styles, organizational structures, and growth challenges, shaping how I think about building and scaling companies today.
In 2021, a surgery brought my career as a machinist and fabricator to an end. Losing the ability to work physically in the trade also meant losing a sense of purpose, and the following years were marked by transition and reflection. By the end of 2022, I chose to return to my original ambition and pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. That decision unified years of observation, experience, and self-driven research into a formal framework for understanding business.
Today, I bring both experience and education to the table. I am deeply passionate about business and spend much of my time studying marketing, business development, psychology, and organizational dynamics. My focus is simple: to identify the right solutions for each company by combining real-world insight, analytical thinking, and disciplined execution.
