From machinist fabricator to business problem solving, my background is built on doing the work not just studying it.
From Manufacturing Floors to Strategic Business Problem Solving
I began my career in manufacturing, spending 15 years as a machinist-fabricator and maintenance professional, including 5 years traveling across the country working with large and small-scale companies. That experience shaped how I think and work, practically and systematically, with respect for execution under real constraints.
Over the past three years, during my second round of college, I have worked inside a privately owned, large-scale retail organization while studying business, strategic management, and communication. This combination of operational exposure and academic discipline has strengthened my ability to analyze problems from both the ground level and the leadership perspective.
Now in the senior year of my undergraduate degree, I am confident in my ability to diagnose business challenges, align people and systems, and develop clear, actionable solutions. I bring a direct, accountable approach focused on clarity, execution, and measurable results.

I am driven by helping others succeed, approaching coaching and consulting as a holistic, highly observant thinker who looks beyond surface-level issues to understand how people, systems, and decisions interact, grounding my work in continuous study of management, philosophy, strategic management, and communication, and applying it through a direct, straightforward style that values clarity, honest feedback, and decisive action to produce meaningful, sustainable results.
